    Located on the park side of Tramsheds, the Brewer’s pop up is here for Summer!
    Offering Micro-brew beer, Local craft beer and American food, but not as you know it. 

    $8 schooners of our house microbrew all day everyday

    The Brewers Takeover provides fresh and intriguing American food that brings the best of America’s recipes and delivers them with the freshest of Australian ingredients. Offering Burgers, Ribs, Jumbalaya, Salads, and a great kids menu; there is something for everyone.

    American breakfast. Oh. Yes. Big Breakfast, fresh beignets, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, eggs any style and more.

    The Pop Up’s laid-back atmosphere boasts a beer garden that features both beer barrel high seating and cafe style dining plus a kid-friendly area with chalkboard and a giant connect four among other fun things. The Brewers Takeover is also dog-friendly—four-legged friends are welcome to hang out in our outdoor beer garden.

    Inside there is seating for large and small groups, or you can grab a stool at the bar and have a chat with our friendly staff.  

    Set menus are available for large groups.

    Brewers Takeover Canteen is open from 9am Monday to Friday and 8am Saturday and Sunday. Coffee and cakes are available for purchase.
