Butcher and the Farmers new menu is curated by the talented Will & Steve with an overall food dining experience that’s built on the concept of sharing.
The food served at Butcher and the Farmer is simple, honest and delicious with all ingredients soured with care. Seasonality is what drives and inspires the menu, consisting of what is available at the time. Produce is sourced directly from farmers and providores, knowing how they grow and prepare foods.
A new chapter at Butcher and the Farmer welcomes Will & Steve, as the new lead chefs.
They have curated a completely new menu from scratch to fit perfectly with the Butcher and the Farmer’s philosophy. “We want to encourage diners to enjoy the new dishes that are designed to share. We invite our customers to experience a number of smaller dishes that are wholesome, moreish and layered with well thought out flavours and textures.”
