Garçon is a coffee centric espresso and wine bar. The Little Marionette coffee will be roasted on site on a vintage Probat and served alongside a changing seasonal menu.

From its humble beginnings in Sydney’s Inner West, Edward Cutcliffe has developed The Little Marionette into a specialty roaster at the forefront of boutique coffee in Australia. 

The Little Marionette creates balanced blends and works to honour the unique nature and personality of single origin beans to excite the most discerning coffee connoisseurs. 

Creating a unique coffee experience, and superior service is The Little Marionette’s focus and the foundation of Ed’s latest endeavor – Garçon. 

Garçon is a coffee-centric venue with attention to detail and customer service at its core. 
Getting back to the basics of traditional good service is Garçon’s ethos: “Garçon!” calls the patron to the waiter who arrives swiftly with a confident smile. 

Returning customer service to the ‘Belle époque’ of hospitality using theatre to engage the customer and enhancing their experience with a certain …‘Je ne sais quoi’ is Garçon’s mission. 

Garçon will be the premier coffee venue at Tramsheds roasting The Little Marionette specialty blends and seasonal single origins on a vintage Probat roaster onsite for all to view. Coffee appreciation and roasting workshops will also take place on the main stage of Garçon inviting anyone who wants to get closer to the action and learn more about coffee.
